Barre is part ballet, part pilates, part yoga. This low impact class is great for all fitness levels and is designed to strengthen, lengthen and see results fast.
Our Barre classes have a maximum of 8 people which means the instructor can spend time making sure you are getting the most out of your class.
The use of the barre as a prop, as well as hand weights, pilates balls and mats allow for targeted core and strength work, building definition and long lean muscles.
